Data Handling

Account data you submit — name, contact details, payment identifiers — is stored on encrypted servers and accessed only by authorised staff. We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use it for purposes beyond operating your account and meeting legal obligations.

Cookie Policy

We use session and analytics cookies to keep your account active and to understand how features are used. You can adjust cookie preferences in your browser at any time; disabling functional cookies may affect how the lobby and wallet load on your device.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts and strongly encouraged. If we detect unusual login patterns — a new device, a different city — we may temporarily lock access and send a verification code to your registered mobile number before restoring entry.

Data Retention

We retain account records for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. Once that period expires and your account is closed, identifiable records are deleted or anonymised. You can request a copy of your stored data at any time via email support.

Requesting Changes

To update your registered name, mobile number, or linked UPI handle, submit a request through Live Chat or email with supporting documentation. Changes to payment details are verified against your KYC record before they take effect, usually within 48 hours.

These terms apply to any person who opens or uses a dishavar account. Access is subject to local law and is available only where Indian regulations permit online wagering. By using the platform you confirm that access is lawful in your location.

We notify you by email or in-app message at least seven days before revised terms take effect. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account before the effective date. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Yes. Raise a transaction dispute within 30 days of the relevant settlement date via Live Chat or email. We investigate with the payment provider — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — and aim to resolve within seven working days, issuing a written outcome to your registered email.

Email the compliance desk from your registered email address with the subject line 'Data Access Request'. We will verify your identity and send a copy of stored account data within 30 days, in line with applicable Indian data protection requirements.

Accounts may be suspended for fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts by the same person, chargebacks filed without valid basis, or any attempt to exploit technical errors. We give written notice unless immediate action is needed to prevent ongoing harm.

Submit an account closure request via email or Live Chat. Any verified balance will be returned to your linked UPI or Paytm account within five working days of identity confirmation. Pending wagers are settled before the final balance is calculated and returned.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our support process may be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, as determined by your place of residence and applicable local law.
